Open Season for Tax Planning 2023
With control of Congress split – Republican House/Democratic Senate – we do not expect to see any significant new tax legislation.
Hopefully, we will see legislative corrections, clarifications and technical glitches clarified.
Since the tax rules are established for 2023, we strongly support tax planning starting now. “Earlier the Better”.
